STANDARD BREAKFAST DIARY

As a creature of habit, most every morning I shuffle off to my local cafe with my book in hand and sit at my table by the window and read. Standard Breakfast is generally: Two eggs sunny side up, grits in a bowl, toast & coffee. Sometimes I vary adding sausage or bacon. Sometimes I have to make a complete change.  Recently "standard is variation". All to use photographic expression as a means of constructing a reality from the building blocks of the ordinary. I see this as a fine art exercise. Hopefully the viewer will take a minute and look at the images and see them as more than "just some guy posting his breakfast on Facebook."
